Facilities
The ranch (elevation 4400 ft.) is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and overlooks Woodworth Meadows near the scenic Blackfoot River Valley of western Montana. The setting is picture perfect. A new lodge and cabins (constructed in 1995) are nestled in the trees overlooking the ranch meadows and horse pastures – with a backdrop of majestic mountains.
Ranch guests stay in cedar/log duplex cabins with private bath and western decor– or the Heritage Lodge, a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath log lodge that is well suited for large families and groups. All of the guest rooms are well-appointed, blending modern conveniences with country charm.
Meals
Hearty buffet-style meals are served at the main lodge – including outdoor BBQs on the lawn. A well-planned and healthy balanced menu is designed to appeal to a variety of tastes and appetites. You won’t leave the table hungry! Between meals snacks – including fresh fruits and vegetables – are always available.
Amenities
On ranch amenities include a basketball court, volleyball, teepee, horseshoes, covered hot tub, mountain bikes, hiking trails, outdoor horse arena, reading and video library, wildlife viewing, bird watching areas, and more.
The Main Lodge
Constructed in 1995, the main lodge is the heart of the family operation. Its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere compel many guests to comment that it feels like “a home away from home”. The walls display a living history of many photos, mementos, and collections that have been gathered over the generations.The front deck is the perfect place to witness sunrises and sunsets over the ranch meadows. Morning people and early risers can enjoy a fresh-brewed cup of coffee while watching as the wranglers gather horses for the day’s activities.
The Heritage Lodge & Suite
The Heritage Lodge is a great choice for families or groups. With four bedrooms and capacity for up to 11 guests this “mini-lodge” has become one of our more popular choices for families or larger groups.
The heritage lodge is located within walking distance of the main lodge and all ranch amenities. All meals are served family style at the main lodge.
A hot tub is conveniently located on the front deck of the Heritage Lodge. Laundry facilities are also located in the building for guest use.

The Heritage Lodge includes three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large central living room with decorative rock fireplace, a full kitchen with a coffee maker and refrigerator, a satellite TV with DVD and VCR. A phone line is provided for use with a phone card.
Heritage Suite Description:
- Wrangler room …. 1 Queen & 2 Twins
The Heritage Suite consists of three beds in a common area, a private bath, a kitchenette with coffee maker and refrigerator, a Satellite TV with DVD and VCR, fireplace. A phone line is provided for use with a phone card.
The Cabins
Our log and Cedar cabins are very comfortable and spacious. Each cabin is decorated in its own unique western decor.
Inside guests enjoy comfortable appointments including private bath, fireplace, TV/VCR, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
For your pleasure, you may exit through sliding glass doors onto a covered deck where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage while horses graze in the quiet meadows. All rooms are non-smoking.
